    Brought it in a month ago because the screen for the radio went dead, new screen ordered and also found a transmission leak. Supposedly ordered both parts and would be given a call in a week. 2 weeks later I called to see where thing stood and was transferred to the parts dept to see if my parts were even there. Even though no one could even tell me what “transmission part” I even needed. The service guy “Eric” said all he could do was credible me for service and the parts guy had to tell me if the parts were there. Dumb….. Finally find out there’s no screen but this infamous “transmission part” is there so I scheduled things for a week later. Brought it in for that service, still no screen but said it’d be complete by 2pm or they’d call if it was done sooner. When I called at 1:30 I was told the service guy was at lunch and no one knew if my truck was done. When I called again at 2:30, I was told the only “qualified warranty”service guy had gone home that morning and my truck wasn’t done and they didn’t know when it would be done. That being said I was moving the next day several hours away, towing a trailer and “not done” wasn’t an option and I’d be in in 15 minutes to pick it up. When I got there my truck was mysteriously done and parked in by another car in the lot….. so either it was done, or was finished earlier by an unqualified technician or they never actually did anything. The screen never came in so I guess I’ll just start the whole proceeds over again with a different dealer.

    Customer service provided was pathetic. Your service desk people need a course on communication. It’s easy when you don’t look people in the eye, never looking up from a computer screen to feel unwelcome and like your doing me a BIG favor. I miss Mike Hale’s people.

    The work was completed efficiently and the cost was lower than I expected. New ownership has made a big difference. Many buyers would head down to Salt Lake. I would advise them to stay local.
