    Service was prompt, but the price was inconceivable! How can you justify charging double what dealers in the valley do? It’s cheaper to have my vehicle towed to Salt Lake for repairs. Cheaper by $6,000!

    We were traveling home to California when our air conditioner stopped working in our Silverado. When I called and explained the situation the service department graciously squeezed us in. Max, Nicole, and Issac stayed at the dealership with us until the repair was done. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. If we lived in Utah, Karl Malone Chevy is where we would purchase our next truck!

    Had a screw imbedded in the driver’s side front tire. I was in a pinch and the team got me in right away. About 45 minutes later I was back in the road.

    Your service department is downright excellent! Service Advisor Brae McMullin and the Service Manager Nicole could not have done a better job.
